Attorney Sean Goldstein, Esq. is a native of Philadelphia, PA. He attended the University of Florida and graduated with a degree in Journalism in 2003. He then moved to Atlanta in 2004 and attended Georgia State University College of Law. He graduated with a law degree from Georgia State in 2007.
Attorney Goldstein pursued his career as a criminal defense lawyer by defending indigent criminal defendants under the third-year practice act before even graduating from law school. He then obtained the courtroom and trial experience necessary to be an effective criminal defense lawyer by becoming an assistant public defender in Douglas County, GA in 2008. Attorney Goldstein defended hundreds of felony criminal defendants in Douglas County before he felt he was ready to offer his skills to the criminal defendants of Georgia. He left the Douglas County Public Defender’s Office to establish Goldstein Law Group in 2012.
Since 2012, criminal defense attorney Sean Goldstein has split his time between defending the drivers of Georgia in their traffic ticket cases, assisting criminal defendants in Georgia in their misdemeanor and felony cases, and representing the citizens of Georgia in their personal injury cases against large insurance companies. Attorney Goldstein is proud to offer a client-centered approach with no case being too small.
Goldstein Law Group is based in Gwinnett County with its main office in Suwanee and a satellite office in Norcross. Attorney Goldstein is currently an officer in the Gwinnett County Bar Association (GCBA) serving as secretary. He is a member and past president of the GCBA criminal defense section. In addition, Attorney Goldstein is currently serving as a a board member on the newly formed Gwinnett County Police Citizens Advisory Board.
Attorney Goldstein lives in Suwanee, GA in Gwinnett County with his wife and law partner Myung-Sun Caitlyn Goldstein, his son Abraham, and daughter Leia. He enjoys football and friends on the weekends.
